We booked this restaurant for 5.30 pre-theatre and were first to arrive but by 6 the restaurant was pretty full for a Thursday. Food was very good. We chose from the main menu of crispy duck with pancakes, red beef curry, fish in garlic sausce, mixed veg and sticky rice. A bottle of wine and coffe all for under £40 each. We thought it was good value.

Only 1 prawn in the Tom Yum. When I asked the waitress for more, I was told "yes, this is the lunch menu, you only get 1 prawn". The menu made no mention of this and in fact the Tom Yum description stated "prawns".

Dined at a few of the Thai Square branches in the past and this one was I am very sad to say was a disappointment. Food was of a standard you would expect from the chain but the service is not what I would have expected, it was almost as if the restaurant had made its money for the evening from the pre theatre menu and didn't seem to care that there was still people there after, they were very short and abrut. Very disappointing as we took family members that had never been before and certainly won't go again. It will take a while to visit a thai square branch again.
